Kian here! I was born and raised right here in the Hoosier State — and I'm proud to build my life and business in the same communities I serve. At Hoosier Homebuyers Group, my brother and I focus on helping Indiana homeowners sell with confidence, clarity, and zero pressure.
Unlike many investors reaching out from out of state (or even out of the country), I live here, own property here, and conduct all my business here in Indiana. I've facilitated multiple seven figures in real estate transactions and have built my own portfolio locally, so I truly understand the selling and buying process from both sides.
I'm also a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty and work closely with a trusted team of contractors, giving me full insight into the process from start to finish — whether a home is move-in ready or needs major repairs. It's an honor to serve Indiana homeowners and help make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Armon Kaviani
Co-Founder
A lifelong Hoosier and Indiana University graduate with a background in operations and project management for several major U.S. retail brands. With experience overseeing complex workflows, systems, and execution at scale, Armon ensures the home-selling experience is clear, efficient, and dependable.
